Lush Prince Charming Shower Cream Review

Before Christmas I went shopping and purchased my first ever shower cream from Lush. I was originally planning to buy either Snow Fairy or The Comforter but the Snow Fairy was only in Lush for Christmas unfortunately and The Comforter although everyone loves this particular shower cream from Lush I didn't really like the scent in the shop.


First off in the Prince Charming Shower Cream the main ingredients are pomegranate juice, marshmallow root, vanilla pod infusion and organic cocoa butter. I think these make an amazing mix except I feel like you don't smell the vanilla much but it still smells great because of the lovely scent of the pomegranate and marshmallow. Also because of the cocoa butter in the shower cream it makes your skin feel incredibly smooth. If you are looking to buy a shower cream from Lush anytime soon I would definitely recommend this one.


I love this shower cream and I will definitely going back to Lush soon and hopefully trying out some more of their shower gel/creams. I have my eye on the Yuzu and Cocoa shower cream from Lush as I smelt that one in store and it smelled amazing.

Snow Day

Last Saturday I couldn't believe it when I woke up to a garden full of snow! My first reaction was to go out with my camera and take some pictures before the snow went. I am pretty happy with how they turned out although most of them are just close ups of twigs with snow on them they look so pretty!


I love snow days because I feel like it makes everything seem just that little bit better, everything looks beautiful with a thick layer of snow over it and my favourite thing to do is make a hot chocolate in the evening (which is exactly what I did that night).

A New Obsession | Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette

I'm am back again with another new obsession post and this time it is the Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette in the colour Strip. This was one of my presents for Christmas because I had wanted to get it for ages, and it is beautiful!


In the palette you get a bronzer, highlighter and blush, at first I thought the bronzer would be to orange toned but once it is on it is a perfect shade and I now use this everyday, it is also very pigmented so you only need a little bit for it to work. The highlight is a lovely shimmery gold shade which I don't use currently a lot but in the summer I can imagine this is going to look amazing because of the gold tones. The blush is one of my favourite things about this palette as it is a lovely matte dusty rose shade that I think will look great any time of year and on any skin tone.


I definitely recommend this palette if you are looking for something like this, I think Urban Decay has to be my favourite for face and eye-shadow palettes because they are such good quality even though they are on the expensive side. I have my eye on the Gwen Stefani palette at the moment so hopefully I can get that soon.

A New Year, A New Start

And again the start of a new year has come by and as every year I am amazed how fast everything went! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and if you did anything over New Years then I hope that went well to. 2015 was an incredible year for me with so many good memories that I will never forget. I have three New Years resolutions that I thought I would share with you;

1. Exercise More

2. Be More Organised 

3. And Just Enjoy Myself

I really hope that I can achieve all three of these things or at least have a go at doing them, one other thing I also want to do is concentrate more on my blog because as you may have noticed I missed two weeks of posts and I want to change that and make sure that I am organised enough to get a post up for you every week. Also remember if last year was a bad year for you this is your chance to start fresh and change in the ways you want to.

Bloggers Gift Swap

Merry Christmas Eve Eve!! Only 1 more day until Christmas can you believe it? Last Weekend me and my friend Hannah (make sure to have a look at her gorgeous blog!) gave each other a bundle of presents for Christmas and we have decided to do a joint post on what we gave each other (also can we just appreciate how cute the packaging and the jar is that Hannah gave me?!).


Soap & Glory Daily Smooth Body Butter
The first thing Hannah got me was a Soap & Glory body butter, I love this so much it smells amazing and I am definitely going to be using both this and the shower gel tomorrow night as a little Christmas pamper night.

Again you cannot really go wrong with Soap & Glory and this is a personal favourite of mine as it smells gorgeous, I am very thankful to Hannah for putting this in!


Ted Baker Body Spray
Now I have this I use it everyday, it is such a lovely fragrance and I actually nearly bought Hannah the other version of this body spray. I am dreading the day this runs out!


Barry M Quick Dry Nail Polish - Pomegranate 
This again is another new favourite of mine it is such a lovely deep red/purple and I think it is a perfect colour for Christmas.


Bath & Body Works Hand Sanitizer - Warm Vanilla Sugar
I had wanted one of these for ages purely because they sound amazing and I was so happy to see this, the scent smells exactly how it is described and I am now obsessed and can't wait to get more!


Mac Matte Lipstick - Velvet Teddy
I couldn't really believe my eyes when I saw this, I have been wanting to get Velvet Teddy for ages and I love it! It is a brown/pink nude shade which looks amazing and I also like it because its matte and I tend to prefer matte lipsticks.


Thank you so much Hannah for all of this, I also hope you liked my present to! Another thing I forgot to put in was that she also gave me a packet of chocolate Snow Bites which are one of my favourite chocolates but unfortunately I couldn't take a picture of it because I ate them all in one night.
