Last weekend me and my friend Hannah decided to go out and take some pictures for an outfit post, so before starting I want to say thank you to Hannah for taking these photos for me and you should all go and have a look at her amazing blog!


This outfit isn't very spring based but around this time of year I am still just switching from big jumpers to looser clothing however I recently picked up this long sleeved, high neck top from H&M which I have been loving and I had to include it in this post. My favourite thing about this look is my watch which is the womens classic sheffield watch from Daniel Wellington that I got for my birthday, I absolutely love it! I wear it everyday and I find it goes with every outfit making it look a bit more put together.

Spring Day

Spring is probably my favourite time of the year and because of that I decided to share with you some of the pictures I have taken during this time of year. I did a similar post to this called Snow Day so if you would like to see that just click here.

Spring Lips

At this time of year I tend to stop wearing darker lipsticks and start leaning towards nude and light colour lipsticks, I have added a lot to my collection of lipsticks recently and most have been perfect for Spring so I picked four to show you which I have been wearing constantly. Also the swatch on my hand from left to right is; Too Faced Lipstick, YSL Lipstick, Mac in Blankety and Mac in Velvet Teddy.


MAC | Blankety
This was a lipstick that I got for my birthday and at first I didn't think that this colour would suit me at all because its so light but I was surprised to find that I loved it! It is a Amplified Creme Lipstick so is a very creamy and moisturising formula which is lovely for this time of year and the colour is a gorgeous light pink colour.


MAC | Velvet Teddy
Velvet Teddy is a very popular shade of lipstick from Mac and I love it to, its slightly darker than the rest of the lipsticks but is still a lovely matte nude for spring time.


YSL | 9 Nude In Private
I have never bought from YSL before and this was a very quick purchase from duty free so I was a bit nervous that I had wasted my money but I was very pleased because the colour is a nude pink shade (a little more pink than anything else I own). But the best thing about this lipstick is the formula because it is so creamy and goes on your lips so easily.


Too Faced | Nude
When I first tried this I didn't like it very much and I found that it didn't last for long at all but I have recently started using it again and I love the colour which is a perfect nude for spring and how easy it is to apply.

I love all of these lipsticks and recommend all of them to you although they are all on the pricey side I think it is worth it for the quality you get and they are great for the Spring and Summer months.

Spring Q&A

Its finally spring and after taking ages to decide what post to do I have chosen a Q&A because I haven't done one in a while and I feel like its nice for you to know a little more about me. I asked on Instagram for some questions and I am going to answer all of them for you now.


What is your favourite song at the moment? 
This is so hard to answer because I have so many favourites! I can't just pick one so I would say my favourites at the moment are; You're Such A by Hailee Steinfeld, Lush Life by Zara Larsson, Hands To Myself by Selena Gomez and Mama Said by Lukas Graham.


When was the first time you wore lipstick?
I can't remember very well but probably about a year ago.


What is your favourite thing about YouTube?
My favourite thing about YouTube is how much you can learn and gain positivity from peoples videos.


What's your favourite makeup product of the month?
Definitely my Benefit Rockateur blush I have been using it nearly every day, it is just such a gorgeous product.


If you could be friends with any celebrity for a day who would it be and what would you do with them?
I don't know if You Tubers count but if they do then I would go shopping in Brighton with Zoe Sugg for the day because she is such a lovely person and I can imagine that would be an amazing day.


Favourite makeup brand?
Either Mac or Urban Decay.


If you had £100 to spend at any store where would you spend it and what would you buy?
Topshop because all of their clothes look amazing and I don't know what I would specifically buy but probably some new jeans and a top or two.


If you only had one makeup product to use what would it be?
Mascara because that is the one thing I cannot leave out of my makeup routine and if you're wondering my favourite mascara is the Maybelline Lash Sensational.


No makeup or no photography ever again?
Although this is a really hard decision probably no makeup because not picking up a camera ever again would be horrible.


Who is your celebrity crush?
At the moment it is Paul Wesley from the Vampire Diaries but it will probably change very soon.


High end or drugstore?
High end, I think its worth paying a little more for better products.

It finally feels like spring where I live and at the weekend me, my brother and my cousins went for a walk. I took some pictures of my outfit and the fields on the way with my phone (sorry for the bad quality) because I really liked my outfit and it was a lovely spring day.
