My Beauty Wishlist

I noticed the other day I haven't actually done any wishlist's and its something I keep seeing on other blogs, but today I am going to show you my Beauty Wishlist! I'm always on the lookout for new beauty products as I love to try different things instead of keeping the same thing on every day.

Rimmel match perfection foundation
I have never worn foundation only BB cream but I have heard so many good things about this I am tempted to try it. Even if I think this is to heavy on my face I thought it could be used for parties and special occasions.

Real Techniques bold metals collection
I have the Real Techniques core collection brushes and I love them! They are the best brushes I have ever come across once I heard these had come out I wanted to get one (they also look gorgeous) the only thing that has put me off getting them is the price.

Mac lipstick in Lovelorn
I am really behind on this craze and have yet to get a Mac lipstick, even though I have wanted one for ages every time I have gone to get one the store has either been really busy and disorganised or I cant decide. But definitely the next chance I get I want to pick up one in 'Lovelorn' because it looks like such a lovely colour.

Sleek face contour kit
Recently Sleek makeup has become very popular and I have had my eye on the contour kit for ages! The colours look perfect and I have wanted a good contour kit for ages. Also the fact you get a highlighter as well is brilliant.

Maybelline colour tattoo's
I have been wanting these because I have been loving cream eye shadows and these come in lovely shades, I will definitely be getting these very soon so watch out for a review.

Benefit Hoola bronzer
This is something I want but probably won't get because of how much it costs. I have heard amazing things about this bronzer so its a shame it is priced so high but maybe after my birthday I will splash out on either this or something else from Benefit :)

Mac paint pot in Bare Study
I honestly can't wait to get this, the shade 'Bare Study' is a perfect champagne colour which is exactly the colour I have been looking for as it is a lovely subtle shade you can wear out. Definitely going to go and get this soon.

L'Oreal Julianne Lipstick
It seems that everyone has this lipstick, it looks lovely and the shades it comes in are gorgeous. I am looking for more lip products because I have hardly any lipsticks and I really want to build my collection up.

Benefit Porefessional
I want to get a primer because I want something to help keep my makeup on all day and everyone seems to rave about this one. I don't know if I will get this because its quite expensive but I might get the Maybelline Baby skin instead.

That's mostly all I am looking at getting at the moment, one thing I didn't put up there, because I didn't know a specific product I was looking for is BB cream I have the Rimmel one at the moment which is working good for me. But I want to either get the new radiance BB cream by Rimmel or go for something completely different (let me know any good BB creams you know in the comments). Also I wanted to mention that from now on I will only be posting on Saturdays instead of Saturdays and Tuesdays because I want to spend more time on each post. I am sorry but maybe in the future I will start doing two a week again

What BB cream do you recommend?

Busy Week

I am so sorry today is not going to be a proper post as I have had an awful lot of homework and preparing to do for school (honestly I haven't been very organised). I didn't want to quickly put together a post because I want my posts to be informative and interesting not just look like it's been thrown together in a rush. I will have a post up Saturday but I am just going to say that not all weeks will I be able to post twice but I will try my absolute best as I love to write on my blog. I am going to leave you with this message, keep it in mind and just try to be your best :)

My Makeup Must Haves

I have quite a few makeup must haves but I have picked out my favourites to share with you all today. I have decided to stick with all drugstore products except for two but these two could be easily be replaced by a drugstore version. All of these can be used for any natural makeup look. The giveaway details will be at the bottom of this post.

Rimmel 9 in 1 BB cream
This is the second BB cream I have ever tried, it is £6.99 and I have it in the colour 'light' this colour is perfect for people who have light to medium coloured skin. I love it! I find it gives me a nice amount of coverage without feeling heavy, it is 9 in 1 and it says it; primes, moisturises, minimises pores, conceals, covers, smooths, mattifies, brightens and helps protect your skin. Overall it is an amazing BB cream and I recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to wear much makeup.

Rimmel Wonder'full mascara
I absolutely love this mascara it is my all time favourite mascara and I actually think this is better than the 'Roller Lash' benefit mascara which everyone has been raving about. It doesn't clump your lashes together, it spreads them evenly, for £7.99 it is so worth the price.

Rimmel Stay Matte powder
I have this in the colour 005 silky beige, this is an excellent product to use to make your face less shiny and it also helps keep your makeup on all day. Its such a good product for £3.99 and I cant wait to try out more products like this.

Clinique blusher
I don't actually know if they sell this any more but I think they do, I am not a big fan of blushers but when I do wear any blush this is my go to one as it is so pigmented and it is such a lovely colour. I have it in the colour 'iced lotus' which is a lovely pink.

Estee Lauder bronzer shimmer
I cannot express how much I love this it is the perfect shimmer powder with 5 different tones and can be used for eyes, cheeks or face! I use this mainly for contouring as it has the perfect colours to do so.

Seventeen wild metallic eyes
Oh my god... I have only just found out I have this but I have fallen in love it is a gorgeous colour that looks amazing just on its own. Everyone has been raving about the Maybelline colour tattoos and I was going to get one but honestly this is cheaper and looks amazing. I recommend this to all of you.

Recently I have decided to go out and buy the Rimmel foundation and some other things so when I have got them I will tell you what I think about them. I hope you enjoyed this part of my post :)

Naked 3 Palette

Today I have decided to talk about the Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay, I got this palette for Christmas and I adore it! It has 12 different natural shades of pinks to browns along with an eye brush with two different ends, it is my go to eye shadow palette. The case it comes in is amazing like the rest of it, all of it is just lovely to look at! It costs £38 in Debenhams but you can get it in most high end makeup shops and online on websites like amazon or ebay. I want to tell you a little bit about this palette, what combinations go best and my favourites.

To start off with my favourite colours in this palette are:

Strange - This is the first one on the palette and is a matte pale pink nude.

Limit - This is the fourth one and again it is matte but it is a light rose colour which I love.

Trick - This is the sixth one, this is a metallic pink shade with shimmers in.

Mugshot - This is the tenth one on the palette and I like to use this along my crease to define it as it is a light brown shimmery shade.

I find that certain shades go together, so I want to show you some possible combinations of shades and where to put them:

For a defined look:

Strange (from the inner corner across your eye lid), Nooner (From the outer corner then blend inwards), Darkside (Outer corner and blend really well).

For a smoky look:

Strange (eyebrow crease), Mugshot (outer crease), Darkside (Upper lash line and lower lash line and then blend in well).

If you want you can just go simple and pick out two of your favourite colours and use the lighter one as your base and the darker one along the natural crease of your eye lid. I hope you enjoyed reading this but remember you don't have to have this particular palette to do this as it is very expensive, there are cheaper, good versions out there (I've heard the MUA palette is good).

What is your favourite eye shadow palette?

Getting Over Someone

Recently I asked what you wanted my next post to be and Ella said an advice post, so I asked on my instagram what advice would you want and someone said 'how to get over someone and how to deal with seeing them with the person that split you up'. If you follow some of this advice hopefully it will hurt a lot less.

Let it out, be sad
After you have broken up with someone you might of loved the best thing to do is let out your feelings to maybe one of your friends, parents or maybe even right it down in a diary. This will let you release all the emotions, don't bottle them up cry or scream if you have to just find away to try and clear your mind.

Leave your ex alone
You might feel the urge to call or text but don't this will just remind you of what happened, just steer clear of them and it will be better for the both of you.

Keep yourself busy
Don't sit moping around all day it will do you no good! Have a trip out, go out with your friends or family or just do something you like. If it makes you happy do it!

Treat yourself
Go out and buy yourself to a new bag, clothes or anything else just treat yourself it will make you feel better, try and cheer yourself up.

Surround yourself with good things
Try not to think about all the bad stuff that has happened just steer clear of the bad and surround yourself with good things whether this is your friends or family maybe even read some inspirational quotes!

Breakups are a terrible thing and can make you feel miserable but in the end whoever made you that miserable is definitely not worth your time. Don't worry there will be someone out there who will love you forever :) I hope this helps you through any hard times.
